i use the george foreman, just before they are done i take em out cut them up, put in with sauce, put it in the oven covered with foil paper. Or you could fry them if you dont have a george

Boiled, steamed, fried, grilled cooked in the oven.

How to masala i have no idea sorry.

Use a Spice Blend ( From asda ) Just spinkle on the meat and fry works a treat, All htough it does'nt have a sause with it.

a healthy tikka masala i make goes something like this

ASDA tikka spice mix 1tablespoon of that
500g of natural yogurt
1 tbsp cornflour (to prevent the yogurt from splitting)

i just mix it all in on a lowish heat and add in the already cooked and sliced chicken. Lovely stuff
