Morning For some reason I just had a compulsion to start a progress journal haha Stats: Age: 18 Weight: 13.5 Stone BF: 8% Height: 5ft 9/10 I have been training for the past year or so just for pleasure and for something to keep me occupied in the evenings. At first I was only doing it because my best mate started to go to the gym and i just wanted something to do, when the first month passed and i started to see results I got hooked. When I orginally started I weighed approximately 9 stone so i have added alot of decent mass which i'm very happy with. I am currently very happy with the way I look at the moment me and my best mate have decided to enter the Anglian open together, we will be entering within the junior section whilst we still can . I would just like to point out I don't have a set diet, but i eat roughly 5-6 meals a day (every meal has some form of protein) and i eat very clean allowing a cheat meal every two weeks or so. Routine: Day 1: Chest & Triceps Day 2: Back & Biceps Day 3: Legs & Cardio Day 4: Shoulders & Traps Day 6: Off Day 7: Cardio Sorry to waffle on for a bit, but yeah thats my story Thanks
