I am about to start a new job and i currently eat chicken, eggs etc at work but am unsure about this being acceptable at new place, so im looking for a good tasing Protien or meal replacement bar i can eat at work, any recomendations?? and places to buy??

cant cooment on the mrp as i never used them, But make some home made Protein bars check the recipe section! Yummy! i have to make a batch a day as i go through a batch a day easy at work i much on them every hour lol

Try Myoplex by EAS the chocolate tastes great. Or metrx high protein meal replacement tastes great to. James gave me a good smoothie reciepe 30g Oats 40g whey protein 1 apple tbl spoon flaxseeds water to taste about 300ml Have it with vanilla falvour whey really good for a quick meal!!
