actually they are very good products just highly over priced. they will have exactly what they say on the label in them but you will go broke buying them. quote:

Just use the money on food. Supplements are a waste of time. Other than that use the money to go on AAS.

You really should not post a single thing on which you have no knowledge whatsoever. Do not make me search for some of the questions you've asked recently. It would be embarrassing. For you to then go and make statements like 'use the money to go on AAS' when you didn't even have a clue what you were eating just two weeks ago...

Some of the products aren't actually the same thing (one is a creatine mix and another is a protein and carb powder mix).

http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/vroom.asp?linkid=214 This is a link to the MyProtein site. They're a bulk supplier of supplements. Search for unflavoured whey - it's very inexpensive and very good quality. With maximuscle, you are paying an additional amount for the brand rather than the product. Also search for Ground Oats if you're after making your own MRP. Good source of carbs that mixes easily in a shaker rather than having to blend it. I add a spoon of Nesquik because of the oaty flavour but other than that it's a top product.
