(May 6 2008 14:13:12) | hey there all im looking 4 advice in terms of my diet. im only interested in bulking at the moment. typical days eat breakfast whey protein shake, 2 boiled eggs on toast 2 weetabix 12ish new potatoes/pasta, tin of tuna, salad 3ish rumpsteak sandwich and side salad 6 ish chicken/salmon steak (something along those lines), potatoes/pasta and veg 8/9ish whey protein shake iam training 5 days a week using 1 session 4 1 body part. any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated thanks |
