hey all
looking 4 advice with my training namely reps.
im training 4 bulk at the moment. ive been training doin 6 reps in each set in the heaviest weight i can just manage.
should i be doing 8 reps????? im i doing the right amount????
any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated thanks

Supposed to be between 6-8 reps for muscle growth so 6 is ok, although I've heard generally 8 is best. The last 2 reps should be just manageable.

However if you are making gains and prefer 6 reps I would stick with tis until you fancy a change or progress slows.

6 reps is fine mate

For isolation exercises (eg curls or shrugs) I'd go a bit higher, something like 3x10

If you do calf raises, go for 20+ reps - calves can be quite stubborn
