I usually when supplementing creatine, do 8 weeks on 8 weeks off etc... And altho it seems to irritate me sometimes, i swear by it for me.
This time iv used it for 4 weeks, then 4 off, may use it again in another 4 weeks if plan A <which is for discussion in another forum> doesnt work out.
How long do you cycle yours?

I don't think it's a bad idea to cycle creatine at all, I just haven't found any support in the literature for doing so. This is especially true with the Optimized Creatine Protocol article (click for link).

I generally do 2 month cycles with 1-2 months off.
