Sorry guys, I'm sure this has been asked numerous times before, but is it actually possible to continue your bodybuilding training and also train MMA, both at 100%.. Bodybuilding is still my preference, but I'd like to start MMA as a second hobby, with the possibility, if I enjoy it of maybe fighting...

If you are taking up MMA as a hobby, you can continue your bodybuilding as normal but if you are looking to compete you will need to alter the way you train because bodybuilding has got nothing to do with fighting.

It depends how good you want to get at MMA really, if you wanted to fight at a competitive level then moving to full body workouts would be better such as cleans and snatches plus other movements relative to MMA. Best asking MMAGuy as he went from bodybuilding to MMA but has decided to go back and try bodybuilding again

MMA IMO is not a hobby sport, your either in or your not, you cant half ass it. MMA for me is a black hole that can easily eat your free time and still have you wanting more

Yes dude you can do both, if you get a good trainer , i dont know as much as 99% of the guys here about bodybuilding but the arts have been my life, its gonna be trial and error but as you can see for yourself guys around 160 pds can look pretty tight and ripped and fast as f"*k but as you can see also guys any bigger tend to be slower so find your own ideal weight.

Both at 100%? No never. Both to a high standard if you have no intention of competing in either? Yes.
