Very soon I will write a warning on the use not of insulin itself but with an oral insulin booster, it was a pretty scary experience which I would like to share with everyone. Stay tuned...

Ok, I decided to use Glibenclamide - an insulin booster to test it out for a future PCT. The use of insulin should help to maintain gains. I had read about it, but accidentaly made a mistake with the dosage. After a workout I took 2.5mg (one should start at 1.25mg and work up to 2.5mg). I was fine, and looked pretty good the next day. However I then took 5mg (I thought the article said start at 2.5mg and work up to 5mg.). The result a whole day of severe hypoglycemia. Initally I became sleepy and nodded off, then I woke up dizzy and needed carbs fast. My pulse had increased from adrenaline kicking in to try to raise blood sugar levels through glucagon. I was shaky too, I ate plenty of carbs and felt better. I was so full I couldn't eat any more and went on the net. After this I noticed my hands were shaking like mad so I realised I needed more carbs so ate 4 dougnuts and some sweet drinks. I was a little better by dinnertime, but my whole day was f-cked. The following day I felt alright, but in the afternoon came down with a terrible headache, which is still coming and going and that was two days ago. Also I put on a hell of a lot of fat from all the carbs. Yesterday I went to the gym and thought it might help, but instead the headache got so bad I had to stop. Plus I got nauseous. Insulin, ladies and gents is one scary hormone to mess around with. I have used plently of glucophage but that increases sensitivity to insulin rather than increasing insulin itself, thus hypolgycemia is almost impossible. My own stupidity is a warning to all.

should be wore carefull mate , do your reserch better next time , no good thinking something says sommit if it dont double check, injectable insulin far easer to control with the 10g carbs per unit rule i would stick with humalg or actrapid. quote:

I've used 5mg before (on my second day). All was well

Tbh mate I wouldn't have used doughnuts, they are full of fat and would therefore slow carb absorbtion. Dextrose would have been a better choice I recon. Slin is a very dangerous drug (its a chain of amino acids I think)

Sounds like nasty experience mate.....yes insulin can be scary if you wont stick to its rules 100%. But if you get right amount of carbs at the right times then none of this **** will happens. Guys, please do proper reasearch about Insulin before using it, otherwise its a bad news...
