hi i was just wandering is it best as in advsiable to do cardio and weight training on the same day, will that achieve more effect in fat loss as well as toning down the muscles? i no that they key is diet, but just wandering in regards to adding cardio to my workout....

As a rule I've always heard that you get far better results from your cardio when you seperate weight training and cardio.. Try to do cardio on days that you aren't hitting the weights or at least break them apart (ie cardio in the morning, weights in the evening)

I think its fine, not ideal but its more than fine! try doing weights first (do a light warmup first tho) you dont want to burn down doing cardio and then hit the weights and lift alot less than you would normally.

finkin of jus doin pure cardio for the next two months as that at the moment im weighing at 11.5 stones so want to get down to 10 and try 2 acheive that ryan rynolds body in blade,lol, my body fat is at the double figure so gona b hard work, any other suggestions...will stop eating after 8pm no carbs...
