Hi,
A mate from the gym is doing his 1st show in about 4 weeks.
Someones been helping him pose and he has dieted down but he needs more help for the final week.
He is a new memeber http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/showprofile.asp?memid=43822 here on MT.
I said I would try and get him some help from the competitors here.
Can anyone post up a final weeks schedual he could follow including the day of the show?

Public thanks to Avril (Ripped Glutes) for the offer of help as well.
It's great that people like Avril and Keith are willing to share there knowledge and help people they don't even know.

Avril certainly knows her stuff - look at the condition she arrives in. 
Chatted to the chap for about an hour last night and gave him a step by step guide that's pretty foolproof, not fancy, and delivers the goods.
The only thing I can't tell from this end is how many carbs he'll need to take in on his second day of carbing up so am arranging for him to hopefully shoot over to Rochdale for a very experienced friend and competitor to take a look at him Saturday morning and give him a carb figure in grams.
He knew a fair bit anyway to be fair - just needed guiding in.
Hope he does well at his show.

Nail on the head mate... he's got so far to the best of his ability, but he did need the extra help for th final stages.
Me and a mate will be going down and giving him a shout at his show.
Is he going to see Paul?

Saw my mate in the gym today he was singing your praises keith... he said he's got pages of notes.
It really helped as he was proper down about it and ready to give up and he's put a lot into it already so it would have been a shame.
