I was tired of wasting money looking around for cheap protein powders that mix well and don't taste like piss'n'onions, so I went and bought Nitrotech at the weekend.
It was about 5 years since I last used it. TBH, I had forgotten how good it tastes.
Its very pricey at 75 euro for 5lbs, but I'm finally back using whey as a supplement again.
It still has that strange cabbage aftertaste.

For those of you who can't face using whey anymore, you should probably give it a try.
If you only use it at breakfast or PWO, its worth it imo.

I still have a few kgs of another protein powder left, but not sure I can face it.
May try mixing it with nitrotech and see how I get on.

Nitrotech is nice. Not *that* bad if you look around for prices too. It's still more expensive than a few other brands...but you can get mega deals of 3/5 tubs for a decent per kg price.

Is it still grainy?

TBH I think as bodybuilding supplements become more mainstream, there'll be an increasing market for protein powders that put flavour first. You can already see this with Syntha 6 for example, since they've obviously gone all out for flavour on that, and from reading the trades...BSN are really into their market research. Same with things like "Gourmet Whey", and a few other brands I've seen.

i use pro mass and pro mr, i pay £40 for 4.5kgs of mass and £22 for 20 of the MR sachets. they both taste really good and if you get vanilla or banana flavour you can chuck in a couple of bananas for even better taste.
if you get strawberry you can chuck in a bunch of frozen berries etc and again, tastes great

screw foul tasting whey!!!
