Im not sure whats happened to my quads but im guessing i may have over trained them, today when i lifted a weight to do my up right rows, i lifted it in a kind of deadlift way (it was only a 20kg BB), and after my quads felt like they had cramp/felt kind of tired/weak thats the best i can explain it.

It was last tuesday i did my last leg sesh, i did:

Leg Press 3x8, 100kg on the first 2 sets, then had to drop the weight to 90kg on the last cos my legs felt like they'd break (there was no pain)

then did leg extensions 3x8, im guess this is where i went wrong

then leg curls and abd + adductors

over the week end i was on my feet alot, clubbing fri night (im abit of a dancing machine) and was at a 7/8 hour rave sun night/mon morning. (im not always such a party animal)

now when i walk up/down stairs my legs get the tired/camp/weak feeling.

I dont really want to see a doctor, so cud someone tell me wat i shud do, if i shud stop doing legs for a while, if so how long do u think i'll be out of action for?

Just rest and eat properly.

Drop the abd/add machines too.

Just rest.

You sound like a hypochondriac!
