I also agree with the back double bi shot, if you lower your arms a little and stick your tummy out (arch ya back) then this will bring your lats out more mate :)

cheers all today upper again session was ok. looking forward to legs tomorrow. be at my brother's as gym closed for refurbishment. should be a whole lot of fun. diet today very clean so far. simple changes. brown rice for white. wholemeal for white bread. semi-skimmed for whole milk and it doesn't even feel like a cut

What sort of diet are you following? Just simply lowerin carbs? Carb cycling? I've nearly finished UD2 and so will probs be starting that on monday. Won't be following the routine he sets but I will be following the diet pretty closely. Have you read it? If so, do you think growth will be better on the days that you carb binge? I am on a 4 day split, push, pull, legs, isolation. I want to be in the best coniition for growing on push and pull day. Do you recommend putting my 1-3 day binges on these days?
