after more research i think that 2600 might be to low
i might shoot for around 3200 and see how it goes for a few weeks(and adjust accord)

Don't calorie count.

The diet is okish, but there are some things I'd change

1) Protein bar - what you using?

2) Vary the carb sources - use sweet pots, rice instead of the baked pot some days

3) Sugar post workout it now recommended - I'd use just 20g dextrose max

4) Fruit!!!

I'd try to go for a home-made bar - more nutritious - check out some in the recipes forum or past editions of the newsletters
