i train 6 days a week, monday - chest and triceps tuesday - legs, abs, cv wednesday - shoulders and traps thursday - back and biceps friday - chest and triceps saturday - back and biceps sunday - rest i was just wondering how long do you think it takes to "get big" i would like to be 16 stone cut, i am 11.7 stone at the moment. cheers

As above, not keen on the split You could do all that using just four days, or even three. Rest is necessary too in order to get big Eg: Monday: chest/triceps Weds: legs/abs Friday: shoulders/traps Saturday: back/biceps

^^ As per Fun Meter. To be honest if your looking to bulk up a 6 day routine seems a bit excessive to me when you could get in a quality heavy workout 3 times a week and allow yourself more complete rest days simply by concentrating on big compound lifts and maximising your time spent in the gym. Then spend the extra days off you'll have freed up to rest , eat and recover/GROW. Plenty off good mass building routines out there.
