Where does ur tranning fit in??????????????????????????????????????? ~Once i know this i can tell u where to ditch the protein drinks unless u reallllllllly cant get any solids in u. Over all you need, more fruit and veg, more structred meals, and some efas flax powder, linseeds pumpkin seeds, salmon etc.

Yeah i know i only like eating banana's not up on seeds or oils though what are they all about?? Whats efas flax powder & linseeds please enlighten me i want the whole lot!! I train when ever i can as i am self employed & work for myself so its easy to just dash to the gym when ever really And yes i sometime do struggle getting solids down especially in the day time and TBH the main reason is i just don't feel hungry and the other reason i can't be bothered to make anything i know this sounds bad but i think if i had someone too cook my food i would eat it alot easier Im not the best cook TBH I find it easier to just mix a shake up But yeah i defo need some more fruit & veg in the diet !

Dave you know im frank with you mate, but dont go on cycle until you know what you grow on mate, watse of time and money otherwise with regards to diet, its poor on face value mate. Stats please dude DOnt worry about meal frequency either, 3 or 8 meals it makes no difference, its what you are comfortable with mate

BF id say around 12% or so if you have abs, thats quite abit of mass youre carrying though mate, be interested to see a photo. anyway diet id recommend for you Breakfast 4 whole eggs with 4 whites, 4 slices of granary toast and apiece of fruit (this can be low sugar jam) snack handful of mixed nuts and a protein blend drink Dinner 150-200g of wholemeal pasta with sauce, 200g chicken breast snack 500g fat free fromage frais with a piece of fruit tea time: fine mate, get in some veg! before bed: 200g oily fish like salmon with a some veggies in stir fry sauce thats just a rough guide mate. adjust it to your own needs though. Once you see how you react to growing with a good diet then hop on cycle as youll want to get the best otu of it and no sense in selling yourself short IMO

Where is the best place to buy cheap chicken fillets? Lidl in my experience But you can also use things like turkey mince which is cheap and only 5% fat too, ASDA and sainsburys sell it

1.5g of protein per lb and as for carbs i'd say aim for a figure then adjust depending on how much weight you put on. aim for same amount of carbs as protein and i believe 20% of you whole diet should be fat.
