Well done mate, HUGE diff int he before and after pics, how long have you been weight training or did you just start 6 months ago and just focus on losing weight? And do you know what your bf% is in your 1st pic and you 2nd pic?

i couldnt tell you exact percentages but i actually gained weight within the 6 months. Ive been weight training for 2 years but only started taking it seriously for the last year. my goals now are to try and gain some good size around my arms and legs

yeah good luck mate. dont forget your carbs though! you need them to fuel your heavy workouts. its not all about the protein hehe

looks like you didn't loose any muscle well done mate

A muscle that's weak in isolation will be weak in integration.

whats your diet like?

Ill show you a typical days nutrition as i cant be bothered to post the whole week :)

8AM - corn flakes orweetabix + 1pt milk, SHAKE - 8 egg whites + 1 scoop whey + tbl spn flaxseed oil + 1 bannana
12AM - large baked potatoe + pasta and/or tuna, flapjack
3PM - 1 bannana, 1 flapjack
5PM - SHAKE - 8 egg whites + 1 scoop whey + tbl spn flaxseed oil
8PM - Chicken and rice or bolognase (large portion)
10PM - Weetabix or cornflakes

Protein content per shake - approx 60g

Yes my diet has flaws everywhere but its something i can stick to as i dont have to make any of the main meals my self (im useless at cooking).

Im not sure how much bf i lost through the process of 6 months as i actually gained weight from building muscle. i agree that this is a long time for a cut but i find that if i set targets further away i can reach them better than i would if i set short-term targets as things seem more steady. I wanted to gain muscle at the same time while i was loosing fat so i dont think i could have done this over 12 weeks.

Jeez mate, you look amazing! well done. im kind of inbetween your first and second pic you first posted.

Ive been so tempted to do the egg whites thing. Do you get high protein and carbs from egg whites then? im rubbish at stuff like this.

Once again well done. you really do look great!
