just lately i have had a few spots come up, not like whiteheads just the big lumpy hard red kind. one on my back one on my leg and culminating in one righ on my forehead over my brow bone. they have all around a week now with only getting a little better.

the only thing i have changed is introduced pure eph into my routine 2- 3 a day. anyone else suffered this side effect?

i have poked it a couple of times (hard) and only had clear 'juice' come out i really dont think there is anything else in there, i am reluctant to perform needle surgery tbh.

If it's red and there's no visible head on it, you will make it worse by poking and squeezing it.

I dont think Eph is reknowned for bringing on spottyitis, but I have to say my skin has been like **** the last few weeks and I have been on Eph too.

Dont try and squeeze it, it sounds like a cyst! Squeezing them will only make it worse and sore by causing infection.

See your doctor. he should put you on some antibiotics to get rid of them. I was given erythromycin which worked well for a few months but now i need something stronger. I get a couple every few months and no spot wash, cream, tablets seem to stop them so going to the dermo next monday to go on roaccutane
