Status: offline 		My skin has been terrible for the last 6 months or so which I put down to a combination of eph and my diet and sweat. Haven't had any eph for about a month and my skin's starting to calm down, hmmmmmm.........

Get some Retin A from your GP - a topical version of Accutane. Its very good.
