Nah its just there are 35000 members on here and i generally despise crass generalisations. Also every member on here isnt aiming to be huge or a bodybuilder as such and i think it was more than a little crass and arrogant in what he said, thats generally IMO brought on by either being pro level or having nothing to show for it and being a keyboard hero

Well said

I was not being serious.

However, if I paid a large amount of money for a picture to be photoshopped to **** I think it is very achievable

Cu3ed, JohnKerr, Gaz or any of the other great PhotoShop experts, would you be able to take a member's pic (with their consent) and see what you can do in terms of photoshopping so we can draw a comparison between the real image and what can be achieved from touching it up.

Maybe Pagan's pic as a little bonus for him for winning the Shape-Up (if he agrees)

I'd say that's an excellent physique.

Not many on the forum could achieve that, guy has decent genetics.

We all gotta start somewhere, wheres your pics then?

As for the physique, i think its quality

Most people here have been training two years plus, hardly starting out is it? They then post pics of themselves looking rubbish but then give advice to people as if they are experts and also criticize good physiques when they look crap themselves. I don't look great at the moment but I appreciate the effort people put in to get a good physique. People off here have no appreciation for it, like posting "But he's not that big" or whatever. So that's zero understanding about what LBM one holds when they do get very lean.

I'm glad you think the physique is quality, because to get a physique like that will take some serious work!

IMO he looks fantastic.

He looks like the sort of bloke who if you only saw him in a long sleeved shirt say at work then you wouldn't think he is that big, or has a special body because he doesn't have that big rounded shoulders look that most big bodybuilder guys has.

However ist when you see him topless that you see he has an amazing physique and clearly trains very hard.

True but again you dont know that for a fact, Ive been training close to two years but for the majority of that i was training to lose BF, not gain size or try and get in condition. Also MT isnt all about bodybuilding, sure it started out like that but we have powerlifters, strongmen, fighters and even people who are just trying to lose weight and look decent. We all share one passion and thats training.

Also you dont have to have an awesome physique yourself to give a critique, some people have an eye for symmetry and can and do give very good constructive criticism, others just say he/she looks like **** without going into too much detail as to why. Also the thing with giving out advice, its just that, advice, take it or leave it s its always good to go with all different angles and see what works for you, im hardly anything special myself but i have helped people on the board get to where they wanna be, does that mean i shouldnt be listened to because my own physique is not up to scratch with someone elses standards of what they consider to be worthy?

Im not having a dig just asking for people on here to remain impartial as i really cant stand generalisations, its crass

to get into that condition, yes its obtainable without juice but the pics are studio magic touched so cant give an honest answer. You look much bigger when youre cut. Look ay Nymjam and Hulkster for conditioning natural, you can do it but size is going to be down to genetic factors. Deep Squatter is massive and natural, so its just a case of suck it and see really, you may have the potential you may not, find out if you have the ability.

BTW that kind of condition from what ive seen and read cant be held for long periods of time

He's not particurly big (if thats the aim?) if not he looks good for his target market (if its male model/fitness mag model). Too skinny for my tastes but different strokes for different folks. I'm sure most women would love their man to look like that...

Thats an easy look IMO. Achievable with a year or two hard work and naturally IMO. Notice I say hard work and keeping the diet clean too. Not many people take BBing seriously IMO and hence poorer results. Look at Lord Monkcheese. He's achieved really good results really quickly. Genetics will defo help but he's got it together IMO

I agree with most of this, but you have to admit there are a lot of guys who talk about overtraining without understanding it or appreciating what it is, along with guys de-valuing good/great physiques despite looking poor themselves. I know there is/was a guy called BritBB on here who used to give advice and even then there was hostility towards it. Why be hostile to someone who looks 1000 times better than you and is yet willing to give you advice? Maybe because they get angry when they are told that they need to train hard in the gym? I don't know.

BritBB became very arrogant towards the end mate, just because you have a awesome physique and have found what works for you doesnt give you the right to behave like a total c0ck towards others. I will take advice from everyone, from people who look good to people who look bad because if you only take advice from people who look good then you are simply limiting your knowledge base. Also what works for someone may not be the best advice for others so listen to everyone and no one at the same time

Overtraining IMO is a bit of a myth, most people under-eat which has more of a impact on recovery this is more likely to leads to symptoms of overtraining. Again there is advice given out, take it or leave it but i do agree there is no reason to be hostile towards others.
