Maybe Pagan's pic as a little bonus for him for winning the Shape-Up (if he agrees)

By all means

I think the guy looks sh*t hot. He appears to be of naturally slim build looking at his forearms but he's carrying a fair bit of mass with excellent condition.

I disagree about BB becoming arrogant. What he said works. People just dont like being told what works and what they are doing is wrong.

Serious question did his advice work for everyone who he gave it to? I said he became a bit arrogant towards the end when he and Integra kept arguing with one another. Its very hard for anyone to give advice and for it to work for everyone. He knew what worked for him and it showed and i give massive respect for that but what works for one may not work for others

Two things, this isnt my filed of expertise (literally not many hours doing this kinda thing/ Airbrushing)

I spent appox 5-10 mins woking on this...

Alot more can be done, and i can turn everything up, but I always go for the blievable, problem here is we have a REAL point of reference, I could go nuts, and if somone seeing my version for the first time would just accept it.

Start

5-10mins

Pushing my luck lol

F.ing photobucket, might not display all of them.

True. But even if people followed half of his tips they would get halfway there. Personally I have followed a lot of what he said and its worked. Most people won't get his results as they are not committed enough, do not eat enough, train enough, do not rest enough. Most people want the easy route and viewing the TAOS shows this. Alot of bods on there really don't need AAS or close. Esp the 16-20 year olds in the MOST part (not al).

I'd like to see what you could do if you cranked the handle of believability to nuts!!!

It looks like you've just given Pagan a tan.
Have another try.

Look harder...you dont see the tighter waist, more noticable abs, the pecs closed in, made larger, alittle size added to the arms and more definition added in.

And this isnt even my area of training in PS!

I would actually need the original file to get the quality, you push much more and the web scaled image breaks down badly.

Now there's a pic 3 I see the difference. Very subtle.
Testament to Pagan's hard work that it's almost the finished article already and there's not much the fraudster can do with it.

Nor do they have his genetics

I agree though on the standpoint of jumping in early to the chemical route and impatience but i think we are going O/t

I voted good based on the first picture.

It does depend on what people are juding it against though!?

I'm judging it on what i see as appealing. Where as someone juding it on competion bodybuilder standard (ie. the BIG guys) then he will fall short in the rankings.

hes over at ukm if anyones interested. looking big too

a few things like blitzing muscles to make them grow and eating sh1tloads stuck with me.
i dont think genetics should really come into it that much. hes been training since he was 17yo remember.

its funny how when someone achieves a good physqiue all of a sudden its good genetics. not a stab at anyone just an observation
