a few things like blitzing muscles to make them grow and eating sh1tloads stuck with me.
i dont think genetics should really come into it that much. hes been training since he was 17yo remember.

its funny how when someone achieves a good physqiue all of a sudden its good genetics. not a stab at anyone just an observation

thing is, he wasn't saying anything revolutionary but it takes someone like that to say it before people will listen
hitting hard and heavy then wearing the muscle down has always been well established
other times a lot of people listen to whoever has the easiest route IMO

i must have missed the whole britbb thing, from what i remember he was fairly arrogant, but had made good progress so it was understandable, he tended to look down a little on others that hadnt achieved so much, and didnt like people disagreeing with him buts thats all i remember really!

reason i said that johnkerrs look better, well they are both obvious PS jobs, but there is a much bigger overall change in JKs, and the airbrushing in cu3ed's looks very obvious in the heavier photos, without making such a big difference to how big he looks

But if you saw both 'after' pics without the knowledge of what they originally looked like, which one would be more impressive?

Cu3ed's version you can see where the waist has been made smaller so there's a tell-tale sign of PS going on.
JK's looks the real deal, but just a very over the top version.

I'd imagine magazine covers are more akin to JKs amount of PSing than Chu33s though.

oh FFS's, both of them are 20 min jobs at home, I dont do airbrushing, its not my "thing".

On a side note, what John did, if you did that and published it with no disclaimer, pretty much will get any mag shut down, airbrushing is what "legally" they can get away with, without explanation.

Dont kid yourselves, looking at either Johns OR mine is brillaint having the original at hand, this was my opverall original point, the origianl picture posted, the guy is obviously in great shape, no question, but it is also VERY clear that his pictures have been PS'd.

Did anyone notice how very slim his forearms are tho?

BritBB?

Lets see yours then and compare. Haters really get on my tits esp when they don't compare. I've had a few on here and i'm not nearly as big as BB. Thing is, he knows what to do and yes her was sure of what he was saying. I'll stick by my word that people don't like to be told they are doing wrong.

And they will forever stay smaller than they want.

My feeling (having had a stab at PSing now) is that it's just as much down to make-up as Photoshop. Abs are quite hard to do (as I found) - much easier just to smear in a load of dark foundation along the cuts and crevices at the time of the shoot.

Yea thats pretty self evident in the first one, thing is, how much PS'ing was used to make it look more real in the final print!?
