Hard to tell from that pose TBH
I get the impression that he'd look good if you just saw him in a Tshirt or topless. Standing in that odd pose though, he looks a bit strangely proportioned
I voted for "Above Average". I might have voted "Good" if it was a different pose

i'm going to be honest though the abs look 'enhanced'
whether it's photoshop or cleverly applied tan.

id say that in that photo he has had makeup applied to the abs, across the chest to give the appearance of cuts, and also round the arms, bis and shoulders, either that or it is a photo shop, but it looks like makeup to me
id say he has a lean smooth physique, not in bad shape but nowhere near what the picture seems to suggest at first glance

my first thought was that he has makeup on to enhance separation too.

He is definitely does not have an average physique, you can tell hes worked hard for it, but something doesnt 'click' in it for me, somethings not quite right about it.
