Over the past few months, i've been trying to gain about a stone. Been eating lots of carbs and protein each day in 4-6 meals each day. Also i've been having muscle fuel twice a day. I've only gained about 3-4lbs at the most so wayy off my target. Is there any specific diets i could follow to gain?

What is your Training routine, and whats ur stats...?weight height etc..
