Seeing as its getting hotter, by the end of the day, it can sometimes get to you, and you need to spend some time cooling down and top up with fluids. I get headaches sometimes, at the end Squats or Deadlifts, but if Im well hydrated, have a decent rest period and keep cool, I dont tend to get them. Quick Ice packs may help sometimes (also cold showers afterwards). yeah agree, the heat is getting to me atm, having to rest longer as i feeling weak, even to stand up. drink extra with weather like this. |
