Would i be correct in self-daignosing myself this?

Today was doing squats, 3x8 of normal squats, then 3x8 of front squats, then i did a 20 repper wide stance....and on the LAST rep as i was pushing myself up...i suddenly got this MASSIVE pain shoot through the back left of my head and near my neck, had to sit down for a few mins. I was breathing quite heavily so maybe lack of oxygen? Also ive had about 3/4 hours sleep a night for the last 3 nights due to revision, and ive been taking caffeine pills last few days...exams suck..

Anyone else had them, and did it happen again or was it a 1 off?

Agree with beefy. But also, make sure your well hydrated, and try to keep as cool as possible. Seeing as its getting hotter, by the end of the day, it can sometimes get to you, and you need to spend some time cooling down and top up with fluids.

I get headaches sometimes, at the end Squats or Deadlifts, but if Im well hydrated, have a decent rest period and keep cool, I dont tend to get them.
Quick Ice packs may help sometimes (also cold showers afterwards).

Not the only one. Going to gym in morning to avoid getting too hot and affecting my workout. Drinking like an elephant at the moment (in a good way).

any instant pain in the head should be checked by the doctor as it could be a sign of a brain hemorrhage. if its the first time its happened, get to the docs.

I've had a headache from training... I think in my case it was related to dehydration, not drinking enough before I go
