i got exactly the same thing for a week last week, its gone i can exercise fine without it, i got it exactly in the same place and pushed through, i wouldn't advise it though mate see your doctor for some good advice and some painkillers.

Agree with beefy. But also, make sure your well hydrated, and try to keep as cool as possible. Seeing as its getting hotter, by the end of the day, it can sometimes get to you, and you need to spend some time cooling down and top up with fluids. I get headaches sometimes, at the end Squats or Deadlifts, but if Im well hydrated, have a decent rest period and keep cool, I dont tend to get them. Quick Ice packs may help sometimes (also cold showers afterwards).

any instant pain in the head should be checked by the doctor as it could be a sign of a brain hemorrhage. if its the first time its happened, get to the docs.

I've had a headache from training... I think in my case it was related to dehydration, not drinking enough before I go
