It looks a decent plan, but for the milk Mick has pointed out.

You could proabaly get away with a few more carbs at breakfast, depending on where your at bf wise + body type etc.

Mick: I'm just over 5'9'' and weigh 92kg. I'd guess I'm around 20% bf but that is a rough guess.
Yep I can replace the 9.30 pm meal with what you've suggested mate!

Dan: Drop the mince to 100-150g? I thought 200g was a bit low ! I hate oats mate, so tbh i probably wouldn't eat them.

Nige: Well i have Flax powder, but was hoping you could advise me on how much and at what times. Heared it's different from taking the oil?
If you suggest a different source of EFA's i would gladly change them, the powder id literally vile, sticks to the roof of my mouth etc!

Thanks for everyhting so far guys!

You're supposed to mix the flax powder with some sort of fluid first! Either take ~50g of powder a day or see http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/m_2624421/mpage_1/tm.htm#2625002 for my recommendations on flaxseed oil/fish oil intakes.

is the 200g of mince cooked weight?

if so probably don't need it all in one sitting since u have many other protein meals spreadout over the day.

Just a way of keeping the cals in check since you're on a cut.

Nige: Used to take it with my un flavoured whey, put it was literally worse than downing a tune shake mixed with a 14 year old fermented turd.
Thanks for the link btw, very good!

Dan: No it's the un cooked weight, and i try and get rid of as much fat as possible, and only use lean mince.

Any other suggestions/substitutions guys?
