Hey guys, im looking for some help in changing my routine. I have been doing 5 days of lifting for awhile, and i have been bulking up. I have made good gains, however, i would like to change to maybe a 3 day lifting and 2-3 of cardio. And im going to be trying to tone up a little. I was thinking of doing fullbody workouts on the 3 days i lift, and was wondering what my routine should look like? I know to tone, i have to increase the cardio, and clean up my diet, and i plan on that, but what would my workout look like? Id like to keep as much mass as i can, and just get a little more tone. Any help, including links would be great, since i know this question has been asked before. Thanks all.

Have a look in the bodybuilding routines sub-forum; there's some sticky threads at the top with lots of routine ideas

Stick to the basics and you should be fine: squats, bench, military press, rows, chins, overhead presses, etc

Word of advice: don't do squats and deadlifts on the same day, as you *will* be knackered afterwards
