How do I bake a sweet potato? In the microwave/oven? How long for? Cheers. Also can I bake it, put it in tinfoil, freeze it and defrost it the night before I want it to microwave it at work?

Either.
How long for?
Microwave - 10 minutes for a large SP.
Oven - about 45 minutes to an hour at 180. Stab some holes in it first.
Also can I bake it, put it in tinfoil, freeze it and defrost it the night before I want it to microwave it at work?

as above but id put some olive oil over it whilst its baking and some salt.
after baking it, id just put it in the fridge if eating it the next day.
