IMO use optimum nutriton gold standard, great taste and and a high protein content with glutamine and BCAA's. I used metrx 100% whey previous to this, was good, not bad taste but i heard this was gud stuff, so i made the change. Experiment with different powders and research to find what suits you. :D

ORIGINAL: ThaiFighter All day snacking = CNP Pro-Peptide or Syntha 6 - Why? Cos they're a blend and will give you a mix of good protein sources, plus other stuff. Pre-Workout = Any whey will do, so long as it's quality. The tastiest one's are probably USN's, CNP's, and ON's (gotta admit the strawberry is delish) - Why? Whey is digested fast and will help avoid catabolism on longer workouts. There's also a study in this month's M&F saying how protein pre-workout improves workout performance. Post-Workout = as above with the addition of cheap dextrose ("Glucose Plus C" available in Superdrug for 99p) if on a budget, if NOT on a budget, CNP Pro-Recover. It's the only product specifically designed for post-workout protein / carbs that I'm aware of in the UK. It's also very tasty. - Why? After workout your body's craving calories and protein. Fast carbs and whey is perfect. Or buy some cheap and add an egg or milk.
