No Caps the powder is stored in caps. I recomend it theres very mixed reviews on this product, But i have felt a much more solid sleep from the product and feel my testorone levs are higher than before, Only thing is you get Loads of Boners from it. Got one from dropping a bit of pasta on my Winkel!

I'm a little girl when it comes to swollowing pills, I just can't do it. I did swollow a pill once but it came straight back up.
