I see your point however I don't think it's all very black and white and would be better IMO to get an experience of being in a short lease flat-share and working and supporting himself here before shipping off to some exotic land and eventually having to come back here and start from scratch with no experience of it My old flatshare mate was an Aussie bird so I now have 365 day a year ticket to visit there, I was a lucky sod though

Fitness Training: After all the hard work running, skipping, shadow boxing, working the bags, training with the trainer on the pads, clinching and sparring it is then time to do sit ups (100-200), chin ups (how many can you do), push ups (50-100). Also drills on the bag, knees (300), Teeps (100 left 100 right), kicks (200 left 200 right in sets of 50). http://www.lannamuaythai.com/ Now correct me if im wrong but I thought it wasnt a good idea to do Lots of reps for abs?

That's not a lot of reps for a conditioning routine, turn off the Muay Thai thoughts... think logically... train in the UK if need be Alas, it is up to you and now that I have used up my quote of niceness for the day I can sleep easy

@ Yiddo, how much money would it cost in total per month then? Definitly thinking about just going over there, if I do it will be the end of getting big. I know I could get back into awesome condition fitness wise (muay thai shape), just members on here said I looked like a smack head, even though I had muscle just very lean but I could run 5miles in just under 30mins.

Forget getting big, its bollox anyway You're the same size and stature as a lot of Thai's (dont take that the wrong way) so you will be fine over there. You will just get very fit, good at fighting, and sleep with countless thai birds. Its all there costs etc on the site if you look Accomodation = 3000 baht per month which is about £50 if that. You eat for about £1 per day, pricey thing is the flight over there, but you have £2k to play with

ORIGINAL: CASS PW are you being serious this time? He's always serious, thats why his posts are normaly so dam funny. I like his posting. Some people complain but at the end of the day if they know it's going to be rubbish, then don't read it. I think most people are entertained. It's like the guy at school in your group of friends you all take the piss out of abit but you miss him when he's gone. PW - I think you need to find something your interested in and follow it into higher education. If not then look into a trade you are atleast half interested in. I have a few friends who dropped out of college to do plumbing when they found out there was big money in the industry. They got bored and do nothing now.

PW Whatever you do, wether it be moving out and getting a job locally, moving cross country to live, or travelling to Thailand and doing the muay thai camp. Just do something. The recurring pattern with you is simple. It's inertia you are suffering from. Get out there and do something. Anything. Don't just sit there. I can guarantee even if things dont go to plan, you would have at least made the effort. You will feel better with yourself by doing this. You're how old now?, 21?, no need for you parents to have any influence on what you do now. Time to make your own mark. Go.

Couple posts here have riled me this mornin PW is no saint, but hardly warrants comments such as 'kill yourself.' PW, I suggest you take Jack's advice, I have been in a similar disposition to yourself, moving out has solved nearly all of my problems. I wish you all the best
