Its all there costs etc on the site if you look 
Accomodation = 3000 baht per month which is about £50 if that. You eat for about £1 per day, pricey thing is the flight over there, but you have £2k to play with
If you're ever going to listen to one bit of advice, listen to the above I've been dying to go over to a Muay Thai camp for a while.
