I used to do my legs at a gym across the road from my school on machines as my goals were size at the time. As I am looking for strength now I have started squating. I currently have to clean + press the weight onto my back which means I can only go to about 70kg as I worried the bar will get stuck on my back lol. I don't like front squats. I do a ham raise type thing by putting my feet beneath my mums bed and lifting myself off the floor with my hams. Also do bulgarian and one legged squats. All light, but I need to improve my form anyway so not all that bad. Rack coming soon.
Oh. Should've figured it was a DVD from the non-green box. 
I had to do the same when I didn't have my spotters/ stands. It's all good until the weight has to get off of your back. You'll see quite a difference with the rack. So much easier.

No. It'll almost certainly be (and not mine can you tell ha ha) a designer jacket of some kind. Belongs to Nick McKinless (TV and flim stuntman).

FrankenJim is that an aluminium shed your using. Looks really good and I wasn't sure you could get electric power points in something like that. What's it's dimensions, looks really good although I bet in the winter it must be freezing.
