hi good article, can I ask how well the PCT works at taking away the side effects? Thanks
A serm for pct is very effective at raising test levels back to your body's natural output. Any side effects experienced on cycle will likely decrease fairly swiftly as you commence pct, aside from liver stress if using nolva as your serm (keep using any liver protection throughout pct).

Mmmmmm delayed gyno? Now you have me worried as I have decided to go with nolva as my pct for my first superdrol cycle...
I have enough nolva for 2 cycles so IF I did get this delayed gyno could I just start on the nolva again?
great article btw!!
I really wouldn't worry about it. I thought it needed to be in the article as I wanted it to stand as a reference point for beginners to otc steroids and thought it prudent to identify any risks, however it really is an unproven internet runour at present and impossible to verify whether or not there is any truth in it. I use nolva for pct after sd as do many others and I'll continue to do so. If there really is a risk, we're likely talking extremely minimal given the number of successful sd/nolva cycles logged (<1%).
Both clomid and nolva can come with side effects for different people, from reading it appears that clomid gives sides for more than nolva, however clomid is slightly better at getting test production back to normal and is not hepatoxic so carries its own benefits.

Excellant read.
I know this is an open ended question, but jsut how common can the side effects be in people!?...assuming everything else (diet, water intake etc)...are spot on.
Yeah sorry mate but I'd find that nigh on impossible to answer. Some things I would say might be true however, for those prone to greasy skin already then spots are likely on the face and back with the pp & sd cycles and possibly the epi, for those prone to male pattern baldness then shedding may be an issue (I am myself however on all the compounds discussed I have noticed no difference - I believe this side effect may well be overplayed by those paranoid about hair loss). Your comment on water intake largely addresses water retention as a side along with control of salt intake. Irritability or aggression are only really much more likely if you were to drink alcohol although these sides are more about the person, i.e the aggressive person may get worse than normal, I'm passive by nature and only notice very slight irritability very occasionally on cycle. The cramps in the lower back and/or shins on sd are fairly likely in week 3 in particular, although on the suggested 20mg cycle these are unlikely to be major.
Internal sides like increased bad cholesterol or increased liver enzymatic acivity are only measurable by blood testing. In reality these short cycles are unlikely to cause major damage as long as the user employs suitable off periods in between cycles. The support supplements mentioned should mitigate these risks to a fair degree.
All of the discussed cycles could be considered mild for their respective compound and I would fairly confidently say that, aside from an individual's unfavourable reaction to a certain compound, sides on any of these cycles should not be considered harsh.
