Can everyone leave apollo alone, please?
I agree he's made a bit of a **** of himself by waving his willy about the cars he and his daddy drive. But can we get back to the point about daylight lamps?
Personally I do use them, I think it's got something to do with what wysiwyg said, as i'm an ex-biker as well. It does annoy me when people have a go about it. What the f*cks it got to do with anyone else when I turn my lights on??

Some people prefer to drive with headlights on, some cars have the lights come on whenever the engine is running as a "safety" feature. It doesn't bother me if people do drive in daylight with the lights on, when riding a motorcycle I always have the light on but don't feel the need to do so in a car.
The sentiment from the thread seemed to be that if your car is more than a year old then you should feel ashamed about it and need to hide from the world - something I would strongly disagree with.

i know that volvo's have lights on all of the time, are there any other manufacturers that fit this?

Me, too. But, Saying that, Right now I have a month-old Beemer as my company car. This time last year I had a 10 year old Nissan sunny as my own car. If the company were not giving me the beemer, i'd still have the Nissan.
In fact, sometimes I miss those carefree days of parking it anywhere and getting 40 mpg on Unleaded. The nice thing about bangers is you don't need to worry too much about them. I don't feel I need a flash motor to get people's respect. I manage that all on my own by my enchanting combination of absolute brilliance in all areas and total modesty.

Your so insecure that you just had to tell everyone that you have your own mortgage aged 23. You just bragged about yourself and then in the next sentence critisised me for living with my parents, thats low.
Nobody cares if you payed your own mortgage or if I live with my parents. I dont care which other members still live with their parents, (and I know a few guys my age who do), I focus on my own life rarther than obsessing about and bullying others. I know you have a few loud mouthed mates who like to jump in and join in with the bullying but most members here arent interested so could you please stop turning every post I make about different topics into the same subject of how my dad baught me a car and how I live with my parents. Thanks.

Apollo - you could have simply not responded to wysiwg and heeded my post above.
As some of you clearly would prefer to bicker amongst yourselves rather than contribute anything positive then this thread will be locked.
