anyone ran it?
if so what doses best
just started a cut and fancy giving it a try
ive read up to 6 caps a day with otc pct anything more requires serm
anyone care to shed any light please

I ran 11 oxo last summer at six caps a day- very dry gains and nice fat loss..... anyway I thought an AI would do for pct and I was sadly mistaken- by the third day I had very itchy painful nipples and jumped on the nolva.... i'd suggest you get some if you haven't already.

i always thought 11 test was similar to ibe x lean or maybe im getting test 11 confused with inhibit e?

11-test does help with cortisol, hence the similarity to x-lean

11 test really is a steroid, an adrenal steroid- apparently the main androgen in fish. at lower doses, anecdotally around 3 caps per day- it does inhibit cortisol with little or no htpa shutdon but more than 5 and you may see some more marked shutdown. I found 11 oxo was giving me horrific lethargy at 6 caps a day- when I dropped this to 3 I felt fine, the gains slowed down but kept on coming. for me personally this stuff is best run as part of a stack at a lower dose, run for a longer period of time.

I think id rather just 'megadose' x-lean if it yields similiar results.

its a very good supplements, missunderstood by many, as stated in low doses performs as an anti cortisol very similar to x-lean at high doses gains would be similar to the AX 3AD so not as good as a ds but probably slightly better than the best natural product.
generally user reports are very good from it and the product information stands up well.
for fat loss though i would say anecdotally you are better off megadosing x-lean.

As above, I have a bottle to run during my PCT which begins in 2 weeks, so keep an eye on my journal for it. I'll also do a review too.
