Wow didn't realise 8% would put my weight down that low.

Can you give me some of the tips from UD2. It sounds like a very long and complex process but if you could just tell me a few of the things that stood out. Eg, no carbs after 6, drink 10+ pints of water day etc etc.

I read UD2, its cruel.
After reading half the book, i was ready to go...then i saw the depletion workouts and everything else.
I'll be trying ROCHO, TKD, CKD, starvation, amputation etc before that

Trust me starvation, TKD, CKD are far worse mate, im on day 3 of UD2 and im loving it

Besides with pain comes insane pleasure, carbups are divine

Haha, yeah the refeeds look fun for sure!
How are you finding it mentally, ok?

The depletion workouts look rough, ill have to re-read it as i forget the other things that put me off.
As far as i can remember, the PSMF looked more appeling

No doubt it will get results, although the following seems to be tiny ? Ah i just noticed the UD2 forum is limited? hm

UD2 is popular on another board Wannabebig, it gets results mate, its more food than PSMF as it goes. Mentally its ok mate, larger portions and 4 meals a day and im not even hungry, slightly light headed but thats due to low carbs and all

Depletion workouts are just circuit training mate, man up

Ah just discovered that place, nice one ty.
Yeah the light headedness/low carbs looked a bit tough, specially when ive got to study. No hunger sounds good, i may try it one day as my fat loss seems to be slowing down durastically.

Debating over a diet break/2 day refeed, or a complete diet change to a TKD or UD2 or something. Still got to get lyles ketogenic book, guess ill find out once ive read that.

4meals a day rocks ive adjusted mine, no longer hungry every 2 minutes and hunger before bed in vanishing.
