I have heard that Epi can be used to help with existing gyno and in some cases get rid of it......does this mean you cannot get gyno from using Epi?

No this is not true, as with all steroids you run the risk of developing gyno and experiencing other sides.

Your correct in that some people have reported improvements with existing gyno but this doesn't mean it is gyno-risk free by any means.

Nolva on hand for any such course IMO.

Chris M is right mate you can get gyno from anything tbh its all down to your body really.

But you are also correct as stated above that EPI has been reported to reduce and get rid of gyno. I don’t understand how this works exactly but many respectable users on this fourm have reported these effects.

I think FS would be one person I recall saying he experienced reduced gyno?

At the end of the day the decision is yours bud. If you have access to some nolva then roll with it.

Just started my cycle today.

Running 20mg today and 30mg ED after.

Apart from liver support are there any other supps that are recommended e.g Glucosamine, Q 10, Taurine etc?

Cheers

There is a plethora of ancillary products that can be taken to negate negative sides that you experience on cycle.

But as to which ancillaries you take will depend on which sides you wish to negate and you wont know these until you experience them lol!!!!!

I take:

Green Tea tabs – good anti oxidant helping keep the bodys immune system strong and effective for fat loss
Fish oils – good source of omega 3 and good for joints
Glucosamine – good for joints

I haven’t experience dry joints on cycle but have heard of people doing so and as kick-boxing would be pretty painful with sore joints I opt to take these supps all through the year not just on cycle. However I do increase my consumption of omega 3 whilst on cycle and if sore joints happened I would up my Glucosamine.

I almost started taking some of Taurine last night as thought I was gona get some bad cramps but I still have not suffered from these and so still not taken any taurine. But as I have suffered mega bad cramps after competitions (kick-boxing) I do have a tub for those occasions (only cost £5).

CQ10 and RYR can be using if you experience high blood pressure. I have some in my cupboard but still not used them yet. I may run a SD cycle at some point and will prob use them at that point.

For water bloat people take Provirion or M5-AA, the list really is endless mate.

A sensible one stop shop product would be Cycle Insurance for someone wanting to cover most bases but who does not yet know how they will react to the stead they are taking.

Other than that the only essential ancillary everyone should be using whilst on cycle is fish oils IMO.

I hope this gives you a few ideas of what you could possible use or are likely to keep on hand just in case.

Good luck with your cycle.

Cheers Taz!

Ive been to Holland and Barrett and picked up some Q10, Garlic capsules, NAC and some Omega 3,6 and 9.

As this is my second cycle (ran HDrol for 4 weeks a few months ago) should i bump the dose up to 30mg?

I took 20mg yesterday (first day) and taking 20mg today

I would.
30mg ed for 6 weeks if often recommended.

If you're getting good results from 20mg, then I see no point in ramping up dosage, personally

If however, you are unimpressed at 20mg, then bump up to 30mg

As 'ByTheNumbers' has pointed out 30mg for 6 weeks if a fairly common cycle nowadays

Your extra supps sound like good buys mate.

20mg ed was not much cop for me tbh but 30mg ed was brilliant and I really enjoyed it.

Remember that EPI takes a while to kick in properly so don’t be too disappoint so early on bud. By the end of week2/beginning of week 3 you will be making good progress so hang in there.

i find epi doesnt really kick into the middle of week 2 for me and then it is obvious that i am on it, imo best to run it for 6 weeks to get the full benefits of the slower steady gains from epi. unlike with m-drol/superdrol with epi the gains dont come as fast but also they dont stop as quickly.
