Hi guys , Plan to start a superdrol cycle but fancy adding something else in with it . Was hoping some of you more knowledgable folks could help me. Have done a superdrol cycle before and was very impressed with the gains. Heard epistane can be ran along with it , though dont know much about it .

If this is only your second cycle it may be worth just doing Superdrol on its own again.

Possible cycles are:

Weeks 1-3 SD 20/20/20
Weeks 3-6 Pplex 20/30/30

Weeks 1-3 Sd 20/20/20
Weeks 3-7 Epistane 20/30/30/30/30

i would just stick with 20-30mg superdrol, keep carbs and protien high, train hard and gains will defo come :)

Squat : 220 kg
Bench : 115 kg
Deadlift 180 kg
Shoulder press : 85 kgs
