Have you got a chin up bar Cons? Cos for a bit more you can buy a chin up bar combined with a punchbag mount. Handy if you have not got a chin up bar, just a thought anyway

no i dont, but i have 2 poles in the wall which i can use to chin

Think of training as a recipe. An omelet tastes better if there's heavy cream in it. But if you put eight ounces of heavy cream in the omelet, then it's not an omelet anymore — it's something else.

i will just put it at a decent height for the bag, if i need a step to get to the chin bar that isnt a problem :) yes god bless ebay coupons :) :)
