needing a mount for punchbag

look okay? tbh i dont know the weigt of the bag, less than 50kg anyway i would of though as i regularly overhead press it when i am fatigued

Have you got a chin up bar Cons?

Cos for a bit more you can buy a chin up bar combined with a punchbag mount.

Handy if you have not got a chin up bar, just a thought anyway

no i dont, but i have 2 poles in the wall which i can use to chin

Thats a great price buddy, a very similar one in Argos is £34.99

Ive got one myself and they are very, very sturdy.

The only problem you will get is putting it all to the right height for your bag and for chinning.

You'll get there eventually, I did

i will just put it at a decent height for the bag, if i need a step to get to the chin bar that isnt a problem :)
