Very good, from scratch, will proper training/diet from the get go then possibly 2 years is the absolute minimum?

Pagan is gonna SHOCK us all here, I know!

I was thinking James, or Jason, from the shape of the quads I would say Jason, may be wlel off the mark though.

Not sure mate, don`t think James and/or Jason had that kind of mass at that condition ( no offence intended, I may be wrong as I`ve only seen a handful of pics) but it`s the whole Ankle, Calf, Knees and Thighs that look familiar, probably Pgans mate from the pub.

I want to know who the set-designer is.

There's not nearly enough mediaeval themed bodybuilding competitions these days, in my view.

Going off the legs alone I would say it`s a late 80`s early 90`s Bodybuilder, no reason other that the proportions just seem tied in more to that era rather than anyone recently ( assuming it`s a top level guy ?)

I have rated the physque excellent, it has obviously taken total dedication to diet, training and other aspects to present at that level on a stage.

I think the level of size and cuts looks is excellent and would imo take 10 years to get to that level with a measured amount of assitance.

Would that physque win Mr. O or Universe definately not but it is probably light years away from the regular gym trainer.

Hats off for whoever it is.

there are some seriously unrealistic opinions about how long it would take to get looking like that in this thread. maybe for the top 0.1% its achievable in a few years, but for most people its a much longer time than that.

that pic is from saturday isnt it???

the set was the same last year iirc

i vote excellent although i do agree with what has gone..... from a bb perspective his legs are not in porportion to the rest of his body, arms and chest are very strong

i would imagine that he is a user so i guess 5 years upper body training and a little less lower body training for that to be achieved by someone with above average genetics

average genetics may never achieve that upper body
