ORIGINAL: dazc there are some seriously unrealistic opinions about how long it would take to get looking like that in this thread. maybe for the top 0.1% its achievable in a few years, but for most people its a much longer time than that. lmao, that's what I was thinking when reading some of these posts. 2 years? Kiss my arse 2 years. Maybe if he was a powerlifter for 10 years before that

Made me giggle too, id go as far as saying your looking at well over 5 years training if you have excellent genetics, to get in that kind of shape. Is it an ex mod?

Excellent, really good proportions. No idea how long it would take from someone to get in that condition varies from person to person etc. Legs are only weakness in my opinion good size to them but the condition of them doe snot live up to the upper half unless its a bad picture. I cant really comment anyway or criticise as i am years and years away from that sort of standard.

i think the legs look slimmer than they actually are, due to the shape of the muscles, they are long and attatch close to the knee, someone whos come in higher up tend to have more of a belly on the muscle and makes it look bigger

Who said this guy was the mass majority? And you've never sworn in a thread, ever? All i said was he could get like this in 2 years MINIMum with perfect genetics? Then my post gets indirectly criticised!? WTF? Who knows what is possible for an individual? He is no where near phil heath after his 3 years of training anyway.

I've seen your PS work John and I'm impressed. Maybe we can just mix and match heads on the body. Gordon Brown. Tony Blair. Stephen Hawking.

Yes but it's your being a bit pedantic mate, If he ad amazing/out fo this world genetics, then who is to say with amazing training/diet/AAS that this is unrealistic in 2 years (MINIMUM )!? I didn't take offence, just got a bit over excited or something maybe? Nobody knows what the human body is capable of. My training is on and of, due to a problem that i don't care to discuss..... But i'm 5'9'' and 92kg if that makes any difference at all, lol!? Had 14.5-15" arms since i was about 14 years old, lats are very big, low lat insertions etc.... What do my genetics matter anywho? Yourself? Care to enlighten me?
