I voted above average, because he doesn't really stand out to me, upper body is great but legs poor, calves poor, can't see his back, lean but not totally shredded, bad picture.

Bear in mind this is a BBing forum filled with pics of bodybuilders, in this context he is barely above average, of course compared to John Smith he is 'excellent', but it wasn't specified who we were comparing him to

Well that was fun !

Sorry for the delay lads I've just come in from night shift.

The physique in question belongs to a now mate of mine who competed last Sunday. I've known him to say hello to for many years but just recently I've been training with him a bit while he prepared for his second show.

He's been training for well over 10 years with moderate assistance now and again but with several years clean more recently.

I'd describe him as genetically gifted but not excessively so. The cycle he ran pre contest was nothing compared to some of the dosages I read about on here. Before he started cutting he had been natural for a couple of years so the mass he currently has he can hold naturally although he would have lost more of it if he'd cut unassisted.
I reckon he could have got where he is now in about 5-6 years if he's wanted to compete earlier.

In the pic he's roughly 15 stone at 5.11.

Legs are his weak point as many of you pointed out and this was comfirmed by the judges last Sunday.

Sorry if this posts all over the place I havn't slept for 24 hrs goodnight

Excellent...

Cant believe people vote otherwise, fcuk me some of you are hard to impress....

Poor= overweight person

Bellow average= chubby dude

Average= everyday joe

Above average= gym goer

Good = clearly see that person trains/diets and stands out from most of those around them

Excellent = pic posted

or

it could look like this

poor = somebody thats just started training

below average = somebody thats been training a year or 2 and is still building a base

average = somebody with a decent amount of mass and condition but not near comp standard

above average = amatuer/regional competitive bodybuilder

excellent = pro bodybuilder

just depend what/who we are comparing against
