If you prefer oily fish, eat ~100g/day of sardines, pilchards, mackerel, herring, salmon, fresh tuna or trout, or ~200g every other day or split 50/50 with one of the other options. If you prefer fish oil capsules, take enough to get ~2,000mg/day of EPA+DHA (read the label) or split 50/50 with one of the other options. If you prefer powdered lin/flaxseed, take ~50g/day or split 50/50 with one of the other options. If you prefer flaxseed oil, take ~20ml/day or split 50/50 with one of the other options. |
