07:30 - 5 wheatabox in milk(pint) with 2 scoops whey in water 10:00 - cereal bar(nutrigrain), fruit, 2 scoops whey in water 12:00 - Rice or Veggies, Large Chicken Breast 14:00 - Rice or Veggies, Large Chicken Breast 16:00 - fruit, protein bar 18:00 - 2 scoops whey 20:00 - 2 scoops milk protien 22:00 -tin of tuna 2 slices of bread my diets always been dirty but after my cut im wanting to bulk quite cleanly if possible is this any good for clean bulk

would taking some fat supplements be enough(flax seed powder from myprotien) or should a change my diet completely,maybe change one of the chicken breasts for a mackerel fillet

You can mix & match to get your omega-3 fats. If you prefer oily fish, eat ~100g/day of sardines, pilchards, mackerel, herring, salmon, fresh tuna or trout, or ~200g every other day or split 50/50 with one of the other options. If you prefer fish oil capsules, take enough to get ~2,000mg/day of EPA+DHA (read the label) or split 50/50 with one of the other options. If you prefer powdered lin/flaxseed, take ~50g/day or split 50/50 with one of the other options. If you prefer flaxseed oil, take ~20ml/day or split 50/50 with one of the other options.
