What are the symptoms? I spend ages on the can every day and push like my life depends on it!

for me it was blood on the toilet paper and really bad itching this was all internal so nothing external like what red man describes.

as above. Mine were internal. I had no smptoms at all, no itching nothing. Slight blood on the loo roll for a few weeks.
Having them treated was another matter

i had them about 6 years ago now when i was doing alot of squats
get some anyasol cream (think thats how you spell it)
clears them up in 3/4 days
ow and i was only 23 at the time

Once done he pulls said dildo out and warns you that you'll feel like you're passing a motion!!!! no kidding I thought I'd crapped myself!!!!.
I got off the table and sighed to the nurse "god, who'd be gay". She smirked
I walked out the room feeling weird...raped, embarressed and walking slowly.
I should also add that I had 4 cans of Stella before going in as dutch courage

all 100% true mate. When I said 'private' hospital room I didn't mean it was bupa or anything. I just meant it was a room that was thankfully private LOL....just when I read it back It sort of sounded like I'd gone private for the treatment when I hadn't

I didnt read that as a private treatment, i read a private room anyway. After all, theres no way they would bugger you with a dildo in a ward would they? Saying that, some of the hospitals ive been to would do it in the corridor to the waiting room.
I defo never want piles now.
Have they ever came back? Its only my bro was saying that treatments dont guarantee the end of them and he didnt want to go through the embarrasment of getting his back side felt, fondled and sliced for nothing.

Yes mate, they came back on a couple of occasions but they then seemed to go again within a week or so.
It was a good four years from having the little boys banded to making another appearance though

You can get things that look like little torpedos you put up your ass called anusol from tescos. If you buy any of this kind of stuff from a supermarket, its best to go to one with a self checkin till lol
