BB look just as 'dense', if not far more so, than sprinters. There is some discussion relating to hypertrohy (increased fibre size) vs hyperplasia (increased fibre number) but it does not relate to what you are describing. Don't worry about it (not saying you loosing sleep over it mind [:)]). |
