The Asterion -> Obstacle/Arme assault course?! (May 8 2008 12:25:18)

Does anyone know where you can pay to do an Assault/obstacle course in the london area(no, I'm not gonna join the army again[:D])??

Would like to test my full body fitness and make cardio a bit more fun, any ideas?

Been doing a run around my borough but feel a bit silly running through playgrounds and jumping fences etc during the day so can only do it at night![:o]

Im so with you , doing the same myself, running at night and jumping over stuff etc, sorry i dont live in London so cant help there but is there no forest or the like, so you could do different stuff, i used to run in a forest before i moved plan was, run 15 min then the first tree i seen i was up it, then load of pressups, situps , use your memorys from army days, you know the routine.
